We pride ourselves on having a customer-friendly return policy. Generally, defective products may be exchanged for the same or equivalent products. (Specific product return policies may be detailed in the product’s description on our web site.) If the product is not available at the time of the exchange, the option of a substitution or credit will be presented to you by telephone.

We make every effort to minimize the processing time for your replacement (or credit). Returns are typically processed the day they are received, but please allow up to (3) business days to receive a response.

To initiate a return, you must complete the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form below. A Customer Care representative will be in touch with you via email, where you will be given an RMA Number.

If you are contacting us by email, please list the product that needs to be returned, the number of the order on which it was purchased, and a brief explanation of the problem you are experiencing.

7 DAY – REFUND POLICY

You may return any unused product within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit. We will thoroughly inspect the product(s) prior to return for any damage or signs of usage. Full refunds are solely at the discretion of the employee or manager on shift at the time of return.

14 DAY – LIMITED MANUFACTURE DEFECT POLICY

If you experience any manufacture-related defects within 14 days of purchase, you may exchange your device for a new product. The device offered must be the same as the original device purchased. In the event we no longer carry the device in question, or we are out of stock for said item, we may offer you a device of similar value.

This only includes: products that are dead-on-arrival, products experiencing intermittent chip issues, “blank or noisy” screen, devices that won’t power on, devices that won’t power on, devices that won’t receive a charge. This does not include: devices that have sustained liquid damage, broken glass, missing o-rings, damaged devices due to user error, misuse and abuse, or issues with faulty coils- such as leaking or juice spit-back.

To ensure the safety of our customers, all sales are final for the following items:

  2. Mod Batteries
  3. Replacement Coils
  4. Wick & Wire

Please Note: Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. We will ship out replacements free of charge.
